The private beach was AMAZING. The breakfast cooked by the friendly women was simple but nice. We loved the cute dog on the property. Wifi was decent. Beach towels were provided, and parking was available. 😊

I loved the proximity to incredible eats! Charly's Vegan Tacos were a standout—fresh and flavorful! The location’s clean vibe and spaciousness made it a cozy retreat by the beach.

Though we had some hiccups—like the hot water showdowns and a few language barriers—it didn’t dim the overall experience. Plus, we rolled with the punches of old, worn linens!

The stay at Sivana in Tulum featured a very clean room and an excellent location. The Standard King Room offered a lovely atmosphere with minimal mosquito presence, which I appreciated. Breakfast had everything needed, including a variety of options. However, the electricity cut out multiple times during the day, which was inconvenient. Hot water was only available one day, and it was often freezing saltwater, making showers a challenge. Despite these issues, the hotel's proximity to the beach clubs and quiet environment made it a decent place to rest.

Water in the shower is quite salty and difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature!!! The morning noise from trucks and cars is relentless, making it hard to sleep in!!!

Super chill spot near the best beach clubs! My room was comfy and quiet, which was awesome for unwinding. The breakfast was legit—fresh fruits and tasty options. Oh, and the outdoor showers were fun! Just a heads up, the shower water was a bit salty, so that was a little weird.
